CONSTRUCTION
Hull and deck are constructed using Ashland premium marine Epoxy-Vinyl-ester resins on a traditional hand layup procedure thus making the GRP structure more able to absorb impact without damage, assuring less stress cracking and offering superior resistance to osmotic blistering. All our molds have a class “A” finish to produce a high quality surface with no imperfections. All stringers are laser cut foam, bulkheads honeycomb cored and transom in 45mm marine plywood, fiberglass reinforced.
